Shipping

1. All gifts can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request.

2. Please ensure the correct delivery address with phone number in your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that results from incorrect addresses, or in case premises are locked.

3. We work with various delivery partners and try our best to get the product delivered on the date and time requested. However, in certain cases, there could be delays.

4. The shipping/delivery charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.

5. Our prices are exclusive of all taxes. Hence, prevalent rates will be applied in addition to the product prices.

6. Orders are dispatched as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

7. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please call +91 96438 24828/+91 98716 64429 or email us at happiness@tickledpink.co.in mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that the issue will be taken care of. Please make sure that the original bill and packing is intact if and when you need to send us the product back.
