Returns and Refunds

  1. Once purchased, a customer cannot cancel an order. We do not offer return or refund on any purchase unless the product is defective, damaged or incomplete.
  2. If you feel the product is defective or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Once approved products can be returned within 10 days in case of defects or functional problems. If the product cannot be replaced, you will be entitled to get credit for the amount paid, which can be used within 12 months of the date of purchase. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc.
  3. Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited by cheque or to the original card / account, within a period of 7-10 working days.

  1. Sometimes we have to cancel an order for reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or product. In cases where you would rather prefer a refund, we shall reimburse the entire amount paid for the product.
